No-flour, Gooey and Delicious Fudgy Brownie Recipe
Be prepared the next time your chocolate cravings hit with this quick and easy, oh-so-good fudgy brownie recipe. Made without flour, these brownies are deliciously gooey and a great dessert to bring to a potluck or enjoy with the family as an after-dinner treat. We especially like the addition of raspberries for a hint of tartness within each sweet bite and the addition of a dash of salt to finish.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Maldon salt (or any flaky sea salt you have on hand)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. Once combined, stir in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries, then transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 28-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out (mostly) clean.
- Allow the brownies cool slightly before cutting as they are extra fudgy.
- If you want a little extra kick, top it off with a sprinkle of sea salt.
TWO INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE SAUCE
For an added dash of chocolatey goodness, try adding this two-ingredient sauce to make your fudgy brownie recipe even more delicious!
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips and 1 tbsp full-fat coconut milk to a saucepan. Canned coconut milk is fine to use here!
- Whisk the mixture over low-medium heat until smooth.
- If the sauce is too thin, add more chocolate. If it is too thick, add more coconut milk.
- Drizzle over top of the brownies and enjoy!
