Gut Healing Spring Smoothie
Our favourite gut healing smoothie to kick start your spring. Enjoy this every morning for a week in place of breakfast and coffee to shed a few belly pounds!
- 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 large frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut water
- 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons avocado
- 1 teaspoon packed fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon probiotic powder or empty one capsule probiotic into your blender, optional
- lemon or lime slice, for garnish
